Important Information
All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations to ensure other guests health as well as their own.
This includes an all in one vaccination for Parvovirus, Hepatitis and Distemper, as well as a Kennel Cough vaccine.
Please bring your pets vaccination passport with you when you check in, as we cannot accept any pets that are not up to date.
All dogs need to be vaccinated at least 10 days BEFORE arrival and within the last 12 months (or 24 months depending on the vaccine). Contact your veterinary clinic if you are unsure. Please ensure that their vaccinations will not be due whilst they are staying with us at Barkers Park.
** We would appreciate if your dog was up to date with flea and worming treatments before arriving for their stay once again this is for their own good as well as our other guests.
*** To ensure all our doggy guests stay is as stress-free as possible we are unable to take any dog in season or due to come into season – in the event this did happen we would need to contact your specified alternative contact to collect her.
If the situation arose where your pet needed vet attention whilst in our care, we would do our best to see your pets own vet but if this was not possible we would seek the appropriate attention at our local vet.
Any costs incurred will be covered by the owner.
If any dog is left in our care after the stated departure date for more than 14 days with no contact from the owner, we reserve the right to seek alternative arrangements.
We feed dry food morning and night. However, if your pet is on a particular diet we recommend you bring this along for us to feed.
